  • Service Tiers: Detailed project scopes, including Strategic Stewardship (Tier 1) and Managed Amplification (Tier 2), are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSA) provided upon engagement.

  • Proprietary Rights: All content, logos, and technical articles on this site are the property of BrandUp Tech, Inc.
  • AEO/GEO Content: Technical articles provided through our platforms are optimized for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Usage Restrictions: Users may not reproduce, distribute, or “scrape” content from this site for the purpose of training third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) without express written consent from BrandUp Tech, Inc.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
