BrandUp Tech, Inc. utilizes SMS and mobile messaging to provide concierge service updates, technical alerts, and marketing information to our prospective and active partners. These messages are intended to facilitate the “Private Office” stewardship model and provide high-signal communication.

2. Express Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number on any BrandUp Tech web form, you are providing express written consent to receive automated text messages from BrandUp Tech, Inc.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase: You are not required to opt-in to SMS to receive services or information from us.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement level and project status.
  • Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply.

3. Mobile Data Privacy

  • No Third-Party Sharing: Your mobile phone number and opt-in data will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Opt-Out and Help Protocols

  • To Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to any text message received from BrandUp Tech. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

5. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers (such as T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
